World Wide Logistics is seeking an Accounting Support Specialist in Urbandale, IA. The role handles timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, expense reimbursements, and accounts receivable/payable activities within a collaborative finance team.
You will reconcile payment batches, assist with 1099 reporting, year-end audits, and maintain vendor and client accounts. A.A. degree or related experience is preferred, with basic accounting knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
