Staff Accountant

Urbandale, IA (Onsite)

• Manage collections processes and support financial operations
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed

• 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
