The Annuity Suitability Review Consultant will own all aspects of our Suitability process, including process design, factor calculation, exception handling, agent and customer communication, statistical tracking and reporting, and working with our Director of Operations & Chief Compliance Officer to handle all regulatory inquiries and reporting.? The role will also include working closely with other operational functions of agent onboarding, commissions, new business, post issue and claims at Revol One.

As an Annuity Suitability Review Consultant, you will be responsible for cross-functional duties across all service areas, enabling an end-to-end completion of processes and creating an exceptional experience for Agents and clients. The role will require collaboration among team members in a small team environment, where every individual will be critical to the team’s overall success.???

Building relationships with our agents/producers will be crucial to differentiate Revol One as a preferred partner.? • Lead the Suitability process, including the development, implementation of rules and AI, and enhancement of procedures, reporting mechanisms, and communication strategies, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance within the organization.?
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Agents and clients, promptly addressing inquiries and requests through various channels such as calls, emails, and chats, while demonstrating leadership qualities in communication and problem-solving.?
• Take ownership of cultivating an exceptional agent experience through effective communication, empathy, and a proactive approach, while also providing mentorship and guidance to new team members as the department expands.?
