Overview
We are seeking ASSISTANT TEACHERS to join our team at New Horizon Academy in Urbandale, IA. Hourly wage range: $14.40-$15.75 DOE. Must be available to work any shift between 6:30am and 6:00pm.

Teachers are also eligible for Child Care Assistance with the State of Iowa, which can cover up to 100% of the cost of childcare for those with children who will be attending our schools. More information: -assistance
Responsibilities / What You Will Do- Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
- Delight in our beautifully equipped classrooms and support from knowledgeable staff.
- Help shape the leaders of tomorrow and support children’s learning and development.
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work (preferred, not required).
- Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by state department guidelines.
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
