Mission- Build and mentor a skilled team of 5‑6 roofing specialists
- Drive business growth throughout the Des Moines metropolitan area
- Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
- Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
- Establish a strong community presence and professional networks
- Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure
