Embedded Systems Engineer

Position Type: FTE/Permanent

• 8+ years of experience in embedded systems or control software development (off-highway, automotive, robotics, or industrial domains).
• Strong hands‑on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based design.
• Solid understanding of embedded control systems, real‑time behavior, and closed‑loop control.
• Experience with CAN/J1939 protocols and networked embedded systems.
• Proven experience with MIL/SIL/HIL testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety concepts.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience using CANalyzer, CANape, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in steering or hydraulic control systems.
• Exposure to ADAS or autonomous system functions.
• AUTOSAR modeling or embedded software experience.
• Experience supporting machine builds and field validation.
• Background in safety documentation such as FMEA, fault trees, or safety traceability.
