Work is heavily higher-education focused, with recurring mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, and energy-modeling scope on classrooms, science buildings, student housing, and health-science projects. That pattern suggests a strong full-service MEP team with especially solid experience in lab, campus, and complex student-facility coordination. A notable additional signal is the health-sciences and research tilt, including geothermal/all-electric and lab-intensive work at Des Moines University and Drake University.
Recent work includes BASF / Malcolm / New Service, Industrial;
The Marshalltown Company / Marshalltown, IA / Mezzanine buildout., Industrial; and Wells Fargo / Hoffman Estates, IL / 5595 Trillium Blvd Fire Alarm Redesign, Commercial.
