OWN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – WHAT YOU’LL DOServe as the primary point of contact for service customers

Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and document service needs

Provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance

Recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

Deliver exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process.

BRING YOUR EXPERTISE – WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDPrior experience as an automotive Service Advisor required

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service

Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
