Senior Information Technology Analyst

Overview

The Senior Analyst provides expert technical support to clients remotely and on-site. They manage clients' IT systems including on-premises servers, networks, and workstations. They manage Microsoft 365 and administer tooling used for routine maintenance and administration.

• Provide remote and on-site support to managed IT services clients
• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows PCs and Macs using Autopilot and Intune
• Manage Microsoft 365 including Entra , Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender
• Configure, deploy, manage, and support networks with Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Build, configure, and manage server hardware, vSphere, and Windows virtual servers
• Create and maintain system, process, and procedure documentation
• Work within ticket system to document issues, status updates, and resolutions
• Perform vulnerability scans and assist with security assessments
• Administer security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns
• Complete assigned training and participate in continuous learning activities

• Associate's degree (bachelor's preferred) in computer science, information systems, or a similar field
• Four years of relevant work experience or two years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
• Fortinet, Microsoft, and VMWare certifications preferred
• Experience managing Fortinet networks
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 including Entra , Exchange, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive
• Experience working for a consulting firm or managed services provider preferred
• Experience working with HIPAA preferred
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Live in or around Urbandale, IA and be able to commute to the office daily
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• No criminal history

• $55k-$65k/yr
• Paid time off with holidays

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Urbandale, IA.
