Job Skills / RequirementsThe Hub Spot Operations Lead is responsible for the technical architecture, optimization, and maintenance of our Hub Spot accounts. This role acts as the bridge between marketing/sales strategy and technical execution, ensuring that Hub Spot is set up to maximize marketing and sales functionality. This role will help drive lead generation and customer engagement daily. The ideal candidate possesses a "systems-thinking" mindset, but has experience in the sales and marketing realm.
KeySkills
- Hub Spot Power User: Technical knowledge of Hub Spot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Marketing Logic: Ability to convert complex marketing concepts (e.g., "The Buyer's Journey") into automated deliverable results.
- Data Driven: Understand data models to showcase the customer journey and translate that into tangible insights for stakeholders.
- Communication: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate on projects efficiently.
leveraging these insights to inform strategy and facilitate data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing.
Roadmap:
Stay current on Hub Spot's product releases and recommend new features or shortcuts to improve marketing and/or sales efficiency.
- Experience: Associates degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in business, communications, or technical field with 4-6 years of experience managing a CRM/Marketing Automation platform (Hub Spot preferred).
- Certifications: Have at least 1 marketing certification in Hub Spot and 1 sales certification.

Experience:
Preferred individual will have experience in a sales environment, whether that be an inside or outside sales rep, or working very closely with a sales team/manager. - Bonus: If you have experience in marketing in a B2B environme
