You will be responsible for leading and supporting critical data science and analytics projects, from initial data collection and model development to presenting insights that guide business strategy. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, champion agile methodologies, and continuously push the boundaries of data innovation.

* What You’ll Do:

* Gather and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable data requirements, focusing on user roles and objectives.

* Conduct in-depth research using primary data sources, meticulously selecting information to identify key themes and trends.

* Apply advanced analytics techniques to clean, preprocess, explore, and analyze large datasets, extracting valuable, actionable insights.

* Design, collect, structure, process, and maintain robust data pipelines for downstream analytical consumption.

* Leverage diverse data sources to analyze critical themes, translating them into meaningful features that quantify potential business impacts.

* Develop and deploy sophisticated statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and optimization routines to tackle complex business problems and generate strategic insights.

* Partner closely with cross-functional teams, providing essential analytical support and fostering a data-driven culture.

* Maintain a transparent and refined backlog of work, ensuring alignment with product timelines.

* Clearly articulate findings and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders.

* Actively participate in peer reviews, contributing to both concept proposals and solution evaluations.

* Embrace and champion an Agile-based environment, contributing to continuous improvement.

* Stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements in data science, proactively identifying and implementing new opportunities.

* Engage in innovation initiatives like hackathons, showcasing the art of the possible with data.

** Must-Have

Qualifications:

**

* A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.

* Proven expertise in Python and SQL programming languages.

* Strong foundational and practical knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques.

* Deep experience working with Dataframes for prototyping, managing complex ETL processes, and building pre-processing and model pipelines for analytical consumption.

* Demonstrated experience analyzing both text and numerical data in academic or professional settings.

* Practical experience with applied statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

* Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.

* Superior analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

* A genuine passion for problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth within the data science domain.

* The ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, adjusting your approach to facts and circumstances to achieve innovative solutions.

* Capacity to work autonomously and manage projects independently.

* Experience providing guidance and training to others on data trend analysis for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
