Job Summary

The System Administration Specialist will utilize current systems to solve customer problems in real time, meeting business needs. Coordinating with partners and stakeholders, the specialist assists with onboarding new customers and ensures they effectively use the system to achieve desired results. This full‑time, onsite role is available in either Urbandale, IA or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated contact for new and existing users, providing assistance, troubleshooting, and answering questions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for setting up system access for new user accounts, including rights, permissions, and groups.
  • Provide support via phone and email, performing remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Configure basic system elements, user data/access, reporting, and backlog.
  • Coordinate with other teams for complex integrations or customizations.
  • Create, extract, and configure requested reports, metrics, documents, and data.
  • Identify and build additional efficiencies, FAQs, and procedures for users.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
  • Identify and appropriately escalated complex issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in System Support, Customer/User Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Background in IT is preferred.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
