Location: Urbandale, IA
Duration: 12 months
- Strong SRE background in reliability, resiliency, and security engineering
- Experience anticipating failures and automating recovery solutions
- Incident Commander experience for large/complex system outages
- Define and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
- Improve system performance, cost, quality, and security through design enhancements
- Experience with monitoring/metrics (e.g., Datadog) and observability
- Strong problem-solving; lead post-mortems and continuous improvement
- Cloud & Dev Ops stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Programming:
Java/Scala, Python, Go, JavaScript, .NET - Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
