World Wide Logistics is seeking a detail oriented, proactive Revenue Operations Administrator to manage and continuously optimize our Hub Spot platform. This role will maintain data integrity, develop and enhance sales automation workflows, support reporting and analytics, and drive effective platform adoption across our Shipper, Carrier, and Operations teams. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, the Revenue Operations Administrator will translate strategic revenue operations priorities into scalable Hub Spot solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.

The ideal candidate combines technical CRM expertise with strong business process understanding and enjoys collaborating cross functionally to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Manage daily administration of Hub Spot CRM, including users, permissions, properties, and, workflows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards through audits, deduplication, and process improvements.
• Configure and optimize Hub Spot objects, forms, lists, sequences, and automation workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system issues.

• Build and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with shipper, carrier and operations teams to streamline business processes.
• Recommend and implement CRM enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer engagement.
• Analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across departments.
• Support integration with Power BI for executive and operational reporting.

• Participate in the seamless integration of Hub Spot into the World Wide custom technology stack and SaaS ecosystem.
• Partner with Cloud and Engineering teams to manage API level integrations and data flows between Hub Spot and the broader WWL technology stack. User Support   Training
• Provide ongoing support for Hub Spot users.
• Develop and continuously update documentation, SOPs, and best practices for CRM usage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Hub Spot related questions and support requests.

• 2+ years of experience administering Hub Spot CRM
• Strong understanding of Hub Spot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
• Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports.
