Systems And Process Trainer

Excellent opportunity to join a growing and expanding financial services team looking to develop exceptional talent. The Systems and Process Trainer is responsible for providing technology demos to prospective financial representatives and ensuring they receive the ongoing support necessary to be successful. This person would conduct presentations, provide direction on system utilization and be the go to person for frequently asked questions.

A successful candidate will be able to showcase a variety of system features, enhance the transition experience, and maintain a professional demeanor with stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual and in-person technology demos to prospective Registered Reps and Investment Advisor Representatives.
  • Provide in-depth training to financial representatives on the technology offerings of Integrity Wealth (Business Builder, Docupace, Nexus, AdMaster, Salentica, and Black Diamond).
  • Assisting in technology onboarding processes to ensure proficiency of Integrity Wealth resources.
  • Communicate with financial professionals regarding their business to properly train and coach during onboarding.
  • Cross-functional involvement with other departments to ensure accurate information is provided and open communication throughout teams.
  • Coordinate a variety of departments within firm to connect representatives and advisors with proper support.
  • Coordinate with business partners to ensure the best customer service to the new registered representative and advisors as well as establishing a training schedule for each of these departments to create a smooth and timely transition.
  • Update and maintain documentation and training modules ensuring continued compliance and timeliness.

Primary

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of financial services background
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Docusign, Docupace, Fidelity, Charles Schwab and NetX
    3600 preferred
  • Ability to identify, weigh and convey potential risks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all information.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
