Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), a leading beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit of Pepsi Co, is seeking entry-level Fleet Mechanics to ensure the reliability of our fleet and support the safety of our drivers. This role is part‑time with high levels of independence and coaching as needed.

Target Pay of up to $34.00 per hour.

• Work independently while performing preventive maintenance and repairs
• Utilize advanced technology and programs such as voice‑activated PMs, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more
• Work on diverse fleet equipment: automobiles, light and heavy trucks, vans, forklifts
• Diagnose vehicle failures and disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software systems (work orders, vehicle records, part reconciliation, pre‑trip checklists)
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures to support Pepsi Co’s safety culture
• Be part of the team that maintains one of the largest fleets in North America

• Own basic hand tools (diagnostic, ergonomic, and high‑tech equipment provided)
• Ability to perform required physical tasks such as lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, and manipulating objects (with or without accommodation)
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a forklift driving skills test (if applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)

• Removing and replacing mounted wheels to torque specifications
• Working with limited supervision or remotely from a direct supervisor
• Using shop tools (engine hoists, welding, tire changes, small tools)
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and activities (oil changes, documentation, mileage tracking, defect repair)
• Computer skills (e.g., iPad, desktop, handheld, laptop, diagnostics)
• Experience or training with hydraulic and air brake systems
