Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years logistics brokerage management experience
• Strategic planning and execution
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with TMS
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present to leadership
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, accountable
