Immanuel Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long‑term care/skilled nursing suites.

This PRN position requires availability for at least 16 hours per month and working a rotating holiday schedule.

This position will pay up to $22.06/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

The overall purpose of this job is assisting in various resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents including bathing.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Active member in good standing on the applicable state registry for CNA.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Medication Manager Certification may be required to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
