American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring an active Iowa or compact RN license and 2 years of experience.

• Home Health setting providing patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active RN license (Iowa or Compact)
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Mandatory Reporter certification required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory reference required at time of consideration
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge to the provision and management of patient care
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Orientation held every Monday
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Candidates who were employed by the facility within the last 12 months will not be considered
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
