Edencrest at Timberline is recruiting for Resident Assistants. In this role you will ensure residents receive the assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that coincides with the community’s mission statement and core values.

Open Shifts Available

• Part-Time
• Days 6am-2pm
• Evenings 2pm-10pm

A Typical Day For a Resident Assistant With Edencrest

• Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Able to understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related issues.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to read, write and comprehend English
