Role Description The Salon Centric Key Holder is a full time, on-site position based in Urbandale, IA. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, securing the premises, and ensuring store policies and procedures are followed. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer service to salon professionals, assisting with product selection, and processing sales transactions. The Key Holder also helps manage merchandise, supports visual merchandising standards, and participates in inventory, stocking, and pricing activities.

This role collaborates with store leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging shopping environment while contributing to sales goals.

• Customer service and communication skills to assist salon professionals and build positive relationships.
• Retail operations skills, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and basic inventory support.
• Sales and merchandising skills to promote products, support visual standards, and help achieve store targets.
• Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift moderate weight for extended periods as required in a retail setting.
• Reliability and integrity in handling keys, store security, and adherence to company policies.
• Interest in the beauty/salon industry and willingness to learn about professional products and trends.
• Previous retail or key holder experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
