Starting Salary: $43,000/$46,000 + Commission Opportunities After 90 Days

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday

No logistics experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• You’ll spend your first 90 days in ELI University! Our training blends traditional classroom learning with side‑by‑side, hands‑on experience right on the floor.
• Make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that grow over time.
• Learn how to coordinate freight shipments and provide transportation solutions for customers.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Negotiate rates and develop customized freight solutions for customers.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and expand your book of business.
• Analyze customer transportation needs, pricing, and logistics requirements.
• Work closely with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure successful freight movements.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and company systems.
• The above responsibilities and additional duties may vary as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post‑secondary education is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency and confidence using the phone as a primary sales tool.
