Position OverviewThe Celsius Field Execution Representative will report to the Regional Manager and serve as an ambassador for the Celsius brand across distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. Responsibilities include marketing Celsius products through new floor displays and signage, scheduling demos to attract customers, and ensuring shelf space is properly managed. The role demands a fast‑paced, flexible environment with creative solution‑building and strong relationship‑building skills.
This is a full‑time 40‑hour per week position, Wednesday through Sunday.
- Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives.
- Call on target accounts.
- Speak with store manager to sell in displays and place PDQ's and end‑cap placement in store.
- Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
- Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within account guidelines.
- Ensure account shelves, cold vault, and stand‑alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow.
- Rotate back‑stock to existing displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelf according to account guidelines.
- Place point‑of‑sale materials as approved by account manager.
- Participate in new store openings and store reset support.
- Take pictures and include photos with reporting documents weekly.
- Conduct demos upon request.
- Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly/monthly planning.
- Communicate as needed with territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
- Make 15‑20 account calls per day.
- Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app.
- Submit weekly work logs including mileage.
- Other records or documentation as assigned.
- 0‑2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required; must pass motor‑vehicle‑record (MVR) screening.
- Excellent driving record and insurance/license required.
- Personal vehicle required; allowance will be provided.
- Ability to work a flexible 40‑hour week (Wednesday–Sunday).
