, you’ll drive client growth and satisfaction by managing a personal book of business, delivering measurable business value, and ensuring a people-first approach shows up in every client interaction. Work Model:
  • Hybrid
  • Travel regularly to client sites and industry events
What You Will Do:
  • Follow a proven, disciplined sales process using data to drive prospecting, engagement, deal progression, and accurate forecasting
  • Leverage pipeline insights to anticipate outcomes, adjust activity, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prioritize both new business development and client retention to sustain growth
  • Build deep client relationships by understanding needs, challenges, and opportunities, aligning technology to business goals
  • Proactively introduce solutions and expand services to enhance client experience and strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Own performance metrics, serve as a trusted advisor, ensure high client satisfaction, and consistently meet incentive plan objectives
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Confident phone presence and strong professional presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with experience in proposal writing
  • Prior experience in technology sales or IT services, with knowledge of hardware, software, and IT solutions
  • Cold calling experience, including script development and execution
  • Established professional network to support business development efforts
  • Based in Des Moines with reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly to client sites and industry events with hybrid flexibility
