Sales Executive

What you'll actually be doing:

• Owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with real accountability for growth and account health
• Expanding CEC's footprint across projects and managed services (not just re-selling the same thing every renewal)
• Digging back into stalled or aging opportunities and finding the angle to move them forward again — not letting them die in the pipeline
• Running Customer Business Reviews that actually mean something — reinforcing value, not just checking a box
• Building account plans you'll actually use, and keeping Salesforce clean enough to trust
• Partnering with pre-sales and delivery so what you sell is what gets delivered

• You've spent 5+ years managing complex B2B or enterprise accounts, ideally within the SLED space, and know what "consultative selling" means in practice, not just on a resume
• You've sold AV, physical security, or managed services — this isn't a "nice to have," it's table stakes for this seat
• You genuinely enjoy reviving a cold or aging lead — you see a stalled opportunity as a puzzle to solve, not a lost cause to write off
• You're comfortable in a room with executive and government stakeholders — and just as comfortable following up three times because that's what it takes
• You treat CRM discipline as part of the job, not busywork you avoid
