  This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

• Build repeat business at a store where customers return for their second, third, and future Subaru purchases.
• Represent a dealership with a long history of customer and state-level recognition, including multiple  dealer awards.

• Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend the right vehicle.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Prospect for new business, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads and past customers in the CRM.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
• Deliver sold vehicles, introduce customers to the Service department, and support a smooth ownership handoff.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing product development.
• Coach assigned Sales Representatives on the sales process, product knowledge, CRM activity, and customer follow-up.
• Track trainee progress and communicate regularly with program leadership on development and performance.

• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
