Your Mission as a Sales Consultant is to Earn Customers for Life - more importantly than selling vehicles, you’re delivering an unforgettable experience. You’ll guide customers through every step of the buying process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle.

• Master our product lineup and confidently present features, options, and financing solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and genuine connection.
• Use our advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
• Stay sharp – Take Personal Ownership and attend training sessions to stay ahead of the curve on new models and features.

• Minimum 2 years of prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
• Self-starter mentality with a hunger to Improve Constantly and exceed goals.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A team player mindset with the passion and drive to Have Fun!
