Security Officer Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assist with visitor access processes, and document daily activities, observations, and/or incident information in required reports;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Support property operations by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, helping to deter unwanted activity while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
