Field Service Technician

Hillyard, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician for our Service team in Urbandale, IA.

• Repair Work:
  Diagnose and fix commercial cleaning equipment.
• Documentation:
  Complete service reports and timesheets.
• Training and Certification:
  Stay updated with necessary training and certifications.
• Inventory Management:
  Keep track of parts inventory in the company vehicle for repairs.
• Communication:
  Update and communicate promptly to all stakeholders.
• Customer Interaction:
  Act as the main contact for customers.
• Safety:
  Follow safety protocols, including proper equipment use and vehicle maintenance.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills; able to read, understand, and follow electrical and parts diagrams.
• Ability to use a variety of basic electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
