Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician – Urbandale, IA

Monday‑Friday day shift schedule.

• Repair work: diagnose and fix commercial cleaning equipment.
• Documentation: complete service reports and time sheets.
• Training and certification: stay updated with necessary training and certifications.
• Inventory management: keep track of parts inventory in the company vehicle for repairs.
• Communication: update and communicate promptly to all.
• Customer interaction: act as the main contact for customers.
• Safety: follow safety protocols, including proper equipment use and vehicle maintenance.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Ability to use a variety of basic electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
