Sr. Software Engineer with strong Scala experience- Looking for strong senior backend Scala developer preferably with AWS Cloud experience
- A coding exercise is required as part of the interview process.
- Position will be onsite until further notice
Working within an agile team, develop scalable backend software, using TDD. Develop Scala/Java applications running in an AWS environment.
Required experience- 5+ years hands-on experience with Scala
- Profound insight of Scala Internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Concurrency, Futures, Multithreading.)
- Building low-latency & high volume, distributed, scalable and reliable backend systems
- RESTFul APIs
- AWS
- Cats Effect, Http4s, Fs2, Akka
- Spring
- Frontend experience a plus
- Deere experience a plus
