We provide on-the-job training to help you gain the skills and experiences needed to be a successful Route Driver.

Our ideal candidate is energetic, self‑motivated, and hardworking. As a Driver, you will deliver and place food and beverage products in micro markets and vending machines throughout a designated route with established accounts. This position offers growth opportunities – as your sales increase, so will your income as pay is based on commission. Training will be provided for all aspects of the position.

We will give you the tools necessary to complete the job the Mahaska way.

• Ability to work independently and be financially driven and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver a two‑wheel cart weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
