Warehouse Team Member I

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member to accurately and efficiently complete assigned distribution center tasks using various equipment including RF barcode scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, WMS applications, and other shipping applications.

• Accurately process system and manual transactions (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship).
• Load and unload batteries.
• Restock batteries.
• Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations.
• Charge, test, clean, date adjustment batteries.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Accurately maintain warehouse reporting and claims.
• Operate a forklift and maintain current certification.
• Properly tag pallets for transfer, pick, pack, ship.
• Perform general warehousing duties (restocking shelves, housekeeping of assigned areas).
• Ability to multi‑task and quickly transition between functions.
• Any other duties assigned by warehouse distributor management.

• High school graduate.
• Written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• No experience required; experience in warehouse operations preferred (RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack, stretch‑wrap machine).
• Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency and well organized.

• Interacts professionally within the warehouse distributor team.
• Interacts professionally with all other departments and team members.
• Accountable for individual accuracy and commitment to learning from mistakes.
• Operate with integrity and demonstrate a positive attitude.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs without assistance (occasionally up to 75 lbs).
• Consistent walking during shift.
• Repetitive taping of boxes.
• Overtime required as deemed necessary.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
• Exposed to battery warehouse conditions, such as moving equipment, mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals.
