We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring all incoming shipments are accurate, properly documented, and efficiently processed. $19 per hour

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

• Review and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy
• Create and organize labels for incoming trucks and inventory
• Process bills of lading, packing slips, and related receiving documentation
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Answer incoming calls and assist with receiving-related inquiries
• Track and log errors or issues to support continuous improvement
• Help manage the flow of incoming product within the warehouse

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with vendors and team members
• Problem‑solving mindset to quickly resolve discrepancies
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, push, and pull up to 150 lbs as needed
• Perform repetitive bending and lifting
• Operate forklifts and work at varying heights
• Work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and changing temperatures
