Montag und Dienstag
- Verantwortlich für eingehende Telefonate (D, E,
F) - Empfangen und anmelden von Besuchern
- Betreuung und Bewirtschaftung vom Badge-Service/Dormakaba
- Bearbeitung der E-Mails persönlicher Account und Infobox
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten der MA
- Überprüfen der Sitzungszimmer im Erdgeschoss, ggf. Getränke bereitstellen
- Organisation des gesamten Empfangsbereichs (Ordner, Dekoration etc.)
- Sortieren der Post
- Bearbeiten der Lunch Checks inkl. monatlicher Abrechnung
- Überprüfen und Erfassen der Einnahmen der Cafeteria sowie Wochenabschluss
- DHLs bearbeiten
- Verantwortlich für die Bestellung der Produktionskleider
