Kantonsschule Uster sucht eine HR-Verantwortliche/er 80–100% zur Führung der Personaladministration von Lehrpersonen und Mitarbeitenden. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Rektorin und der Schulleitung zusammen und übernehmen die Koordination wichtiger Termine sowie die Optimierung administrativer Abläufe.
Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung bzw. eine erworbene tertiäre Ausbildung und bringen idealerweise HR-Weiterbildung mit.
