Sie beraten Führungskräfte bei Personalplanung, implementieren Onboarding-Prozesse und begleiten neue Mitarbeitende durch Seminarorganisation. Einschlägige HR-Erfahrung, Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
