Das Spital Uster sucht per 1. Januar 2027 eine/n Leiter/in Human Resources (80-100%) zur Verantwortung für personelle, organisatorische und fachliche HR-Führung. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem CEO zusammen, treiben HR-Veränderungsprozesse aktiv voran und fördern eine moderne Arbeitsumgebung.
Erforderlich sind ein Master-Abschluss, mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen und vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung. Das Spital bietet hervorragende Arbeitsbedingungen und vielfältige Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
