Supply School Administrators – Temporary & Ad Hoc Opportunities (PR/ADMIN)

Salary: GBP
13.5 - GBP
14.5 per hour
Veritas Education is currently seeking reliable and adaptable School Administrators to join our team on a temporary, ad hoc basis, supporting a range of schools as and when cover is required.
Various school locations across West Yorkshire. Full‑time hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only).
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced administrative professionals who enjoy working in dynamic school environments and are looking for flexible work.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing front‑of‑house reception support
- Managing phone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Supporting attendance and pupil record systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, etc.)
- General administrative duties to support the wider school office
- Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Previous experience working within a school environment (highly desirable)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communication and professional manner
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential or willingness to obtain one)
