We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Automotive Service Writer to serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. • Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
• Create repair orders and maintain detailed customer and vehicle records.
• Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate technician findings and recommendations to customers.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional services.
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and management.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of vehicle status.
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims when applicable.
• Schedule service appointments and manage shop workload efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly front office environment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Previous automotive service writing, service advising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with shop management software and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
