• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and sales
• Support service technicians by providing accurate and timely parts fulfillment
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty-related transactions
• Utilize dealership management systems and manufacturer resources
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
• Parts department or automotive industry experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with dealership operations and parts inventory systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and training
