Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region through market research and networking.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in a Software Company and preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive new business.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
