We are seeking an experienced Partnership Account Manager (Banking & Financial Services) to drive the success of strategic partnerships within the financial services ecosystem. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in banking or financial services, account management, and business development who thrives in a purpose-driven, impact-focused environment.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to partner institutions—leading account performance, strengthening relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that advance financial inclusion and sustainable impact.

What You’ll do Account & Partnership Management
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner accounts
  • Drive high levels of partner satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Deliver partner-facing initiatives and ensure successful implementation of programs
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making
Business Development
  • Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers across banking and financial institutions
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth strategies
  • Contribute to pipeline development and expansion of financial inclusion initiatives
Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on account performance, program execution, and impact metrics
  • Provide insights on funding utilization and forecast progress against plans
  • Support data-driven decision-making across internal and external stakeholders

What Makes you a great fit
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably in:
  • Banking or financial institutions
  • Microfinance or MSME lending
  • Financial inclusion or infrastructure financing (water/sanitation a plus)
  • Proven success in growing accounts and managing complex partnerships
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
Travel Requirement
  • Up to 25% of domestic and international travel.

Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment.
