We are looking for a dedicated Product Insight Executive to join our Insight, Ideation and Impact team.
As the Product Insight Executive, you will undertake project specific tasks across all aspects of the product development cycle to support the Insight, Ideation and Impact team and the wider teaching and learning product teams.
You will work closely with our Cambridge teacher communities to deliver customer insight through project-specific market research at a product level. Insight research activities will support the teaching and learning product development and products and services teams.

Reporting to the Senior Product Insight Manager, your accountabilities will include:
- Research activities within the Insight, Ideation and Impact team e.g., developing and analysing customer surveys, conducting customer interviews, undertaking competitor research.
- Monitoring our customer forums and ensuring the voice of the customer is part of our product development.
- Contributing to the implementation of product impact measures to support P&S's decision-making through data collection and analysis.
- Support with administrative tasks related to working with external companies, agencies and freelancers we may commission or partner with.
An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential- Collaborative and organized team member.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years experience of conducting market and customer research.
- Passion for publishing, product development or insight.
- Confident at presenting research findings.
- Strong data analysis skills.
