Department Operations Level Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Location Manila The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
Coordinating with regional and local teams for development of new product features for SPX Express Managing the launch of new or revamped product features through clear and efficient communication
Onboarding new stakeholders to the company’s product ecosystem and processes
Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
Perform quality assurance controls on products
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Conduct research to identify stakeholder needs and market gaps Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
Setup and maintain product settings for expansion projects (new hubs)
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
Great track record of successful project management is required
Experienced in developing new product features
High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
