Job Description:

• Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
• Design and document operations process flow to support operations
• Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
• At Least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry
• Preferably has knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Python or other programming languages is a plus
• Great track record of successful project and data management is required
• Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
• Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects
• Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
