Riden Roll is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Campus Outreach Coordinator to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. This individual will connect directly with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to encourage student participation in the Riden Roll driver platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help students access flexible work opportunities while expanding our presence in the student workforce.

• Identify and contact career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at colleges, universities, and trade schools.
• Present the Riden Roll opportunity as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards).
• Report weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
• Collaborate with marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with professionals and students.
• Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement preferred.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach targets independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
• Passion for education, economic mobility, and student success is a plus.
