About the Role:

Conduct market research and analyze property trends

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use Gather and organize data related to real estate pricing, demand, and supply

Support senior analysts in feasibility studies and investment analysis

Stay updated on industry developments and relevant local regulations

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (open to fresh graduates)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, as well as data visualization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools

Good written and verbal communication skills

Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
