Coral Cove Childcare Center is looking for a passionate Nutritionist/Cook to join our team at one of the most unique childcare settings in Utah - located right on the campus of the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium

• Plan and maintain nutritious, age-appropriate menus that meet CACFP guidelines and Utah childcare compliance standards.
• Oversee meal program documentation and ensure ongoing CACFP reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
• Partner with families through nutrition education - workshops, newsletters, one-on-one conversations - to extend healthy habits beyond the classroom.
• Collaborate with center leadership to integrate nutrition into our broader curriculum and family engagement approach.
• Stay current on USDA and state childcare nutrition regulations and keep the center in full compliance.

• Knowledge of CACFP program requirements strongly preferred.
• Experience working with young children or in an early childhood/school setting is a plus.
• Strong communicator.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage compliance documentation with care.

$16–$20/hr based on experience

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–6:00pm (shift-based)
