Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students per home, fostering a structured, family-like environment for their academic, emotional, and social growth.
Two-person teams must be married for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
